How to Invest

Subscriptions or notice of redemptions must be received by the Administrator in Dublin prior to 5pm (UK time) on the business day prior to the next dealing day. If an instruction is made by fax then an original document must follow by post.

BDT Invest Funds PLC offers both A shares (minimum initial investment USD10,000 or equivalent) and B shares (minimum initial investment USD3,000,000 or equivalent) and both share classes have USD, € and GBP currency classes. Additionally, the BDT Invest Japanese Smaller Companies Fund offers YEN shares.

Subsequent minimum investments are subject to the equivalent of USD2,500 for the A shares and USD100,000 for the B shares.
